Welcome to The Alpine. By making a reservation or staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in time: 02:00 PM
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges

2. Booking & Payment

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation
• Guests may be required to pay an advance amount to secure their reservation
• Applicable GST will be charged as per Government of India regulations (12% or 18% depending on tariff)

3. Cancellation & Refund

Cancellation and refund will be processed as per our Cancellation Policy stated separately on the website.

4. Child & Extra Person Policy

• Room tariff includes stay for 2 adults
• Extra adult (12 years & above): ₹1500 per night
• Child (6–11 years): ₹800 per night
• Children below 6 years: Complimentary (sharing bed with parents)
• Maximum one extra mattress allowed per room

5. Identification Requirement

All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Driving License, or Voter ID) at the time of check-in, as per Government of India regulations.

6. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect other guests and hotel property. Any damage caused to hotel property will be chargeable.

7. Pets Policy

Pets are not allowed inside the property.

8. Smoking & Alcohol Policy

Smoking is strictly prohibited in indoor areas and guest rooms unless specifically designated. Consumption of alcohol is permitted only in designated areas and must comply with local laws of Uttarakhand.

9. Rates & Availability

Room rates may vary based on season, availability, weekends, and holidays. The hotel reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of bookings or stay at The Alpine shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Nainital, Uttarakhand, India.
