Cancellation Terms

• More than 7 days before check-in: Full refund
• 3 to 7 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Within 72 hours of check-in: No refund

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
• Amount will be credited to the original payment method

No-show Policy

• In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive), the entire booking amount will be non-refundable

Modification Policy

• Date changes or booking modifications are subject to availability and approval by the hotel

Force Majeure

In case of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or events beyond our control, the hotel reserves the right to modify booking policies at its discretion.
